We’ve Partnered With Trash Free Trails

We’re so excited to share that SheRides is working with Trash Free Trails to help protect the places we love to ride 💚

Trash Free Trails is a UK-based community that exists to (re)connect people with nature through the simple act of removing single-use pollution from wild places. They combine trail clean-ups, community action and powerful education to help keep our trails, forests and outdoor spaces cleaner, safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

Their mission is simple: more nature, less trash — and it feels like the perfect fit for what we’re all about at SheRides.

Want to Get inVolved?

As a SheRides Ambassador, you have the opportunity to play a part in this partnership by helping to bring trail clean-ups to your local community.

Whether it’s:

  • part of one of your regular social rides

  • a stand-alone community event

  • or something a little more informal with your local group

…there’s flexibility to make it work in a way that feels natural for you and your riders.

If you’d like to get involved, you could host local trail clean-ups in your area with support from Trash Free Trails.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • This is a paid opportunity where you will be compensated for your time (100% goes to you, this is not an affiliate scheme)

  • You can choose the date and time that works best for you

  • Trash Free Trails will provide guidance and support so you feel confident running it

  • Trash Free Trails will provide you with the tools you and the community needs to perform a clean up and any additional resources that you might need to help make the event more accessible and welcoming for your community - like tea, coffee and cake!

  • They’ll help promote your clean-up

The aim is for an individual to complete:

  • At least one public-facing trail clean per year, plus

  • Regular non-public clean-ups where possible

Of course, if you’d like to do more than that, even better!

As a collective our aim is to perform at least 4 public facing trail cleans a year.
