What’s Included
1:1 coaching is a minimum 3-month commitment at £159 per month. That’s because real, lasting results take time — not just to start seeing progress, but to build habits that actually stick. Research suggests new habits often take around 2 months or more to become automatic, which is why 3 months gives us the time to create real change, not just a short-term fix.
Meet your Coach
Hi I’m Heather.
I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2017 and quickly realised my passion wasn’t training people for aesthetics, but for performance, longevity and real-life functionality.
I later specialised in women’s health and fitness, with a particular interest in peri- and post-menopausal training. Women’s bodies go through significant changes during these phases, and I’m passionate about helping women understand how to train in a way that supports them.
My goal is to help women keep doing the things they love for as long as possible - just because our bodies change doesn’t mean our passions have to.
My Qualifications
I’m a Registered Personal Trainer Practitioner with CIMPSA; the UK’s chartered professional body for sport and physical activity.
