Ambassador Agreement

This agreement outlines the role, responsibilities and expectations of being a SheRides Ambassador. It’s designed to give clarity for both you and SheRides, ensuring everyone is aligned on how we work together, what’s involved in hosting rides, and how we support our community.

The agreement covers your role and commitments, content and promotion, safety and training, and how the ambassadorship can come to an end if needed. While this is a formal agreement, it’s rooted in trust, communication and flexibility — we understand that sometimes life happens, and we always encourage open conversations.

  • Act as a mountain bike host, bringing people together on the trails and helping to create welcoming, enjoyable social rides.

  • Foster a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment that encourages connection and helps grow your local women’s mountain biking community.

  • Act as a point of contact on the day of the ride, helping riders feel welcome and informed about the plan for the ride (meeting point, approximate duration, regrouping).

  • Set clear expectations that SheRides social rides are not coached or guided, and that all riders are responsible for their own safety.

  • Encourage good trail etiquette and respectful behaviour towards other trail users and the environment.
