About You
I’ve been riding for 25 years and I fell in love with the sport after a holiday in Whistler in 2001. I love to travel with my bike and have ridden in Morzine, California, Canada, New Zealand, Scotland and Croatia and still have a few other places on my bucket list; but I love it when I come home after these trips and ride my local trails in North Wales.
A few years back I entered, just for fun, Night Ride MTB Enduro at Llandegla and the Hope Women Enduro at Gisburn and loved the relaxed and friendly vibe of the weekend events. I’ve also spent weekends at Sisters of Send at Afan Forest and the Dirt Divas MTB/Gravel in Aberfoyle.
I’ve been mostly off the bike during the last 12 months due to surgery on both knees so will be looking to join friendly riders to ride the beginner trails to get back in the swing of things. I love to meet people who are just starting their biking journey and sharing the joy of the sport that has changed my life.
I’m based local to Llandegla but would love to get back out on other North Wales trails at Coed y Brenin or Gwydir (formerly known as The Marin) now that my knees are sorted.
