Move aside poser muscles, big butts and tiny waists; we’re creating a community of tough female riders who have power in their legs, strength in their arms and a cardiovascular system that can go for days!

We want to help you shred the trails, roost the corners, smash the climbs; to ride faster, harder and stronger for longer. Our programmes are designed by women who ride, for women who ride. Specifically tailored to mountain biking, these programmes will help you get better on the bike. Our workouts are designed to be done anywhere; at home, the park, the gym. No gym equipment is needed.
